This week, we enjoyed learning about a big, excting animal the - elephant! We learned that there are 2 types of elephants, African and Asian elephants. We talked about the differences between
them. We learned what a trunk was and how it worked. We talked about elephant
tusks. We learned that elephants like to eat peanuts and grass.
In the park time, we played “pass the peanut”
game. We told the class that they were going to pretend to be elephants. We
gave each child a sock to put on their hands as a their trunk. We divided the
class in two groups. We asked the children to pass the peanut from person to
person until it came back to the start.
Look at these cute elephants:)
Efe tried to taste the peanut:).

We visited our school Planetarium with yellow frogs. All the kids were excited when we were watching the short videos about our galaxy, planets and other things in the sky. We learned some information about the planets.
